Janine Wiskind, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of On Solid Ground OT, a private practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive through a developmentally informed, relationship-centered approach. For after 15 years, she has provided training to occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists across the U.S., with expertise in sensory processing, primitive reflex integration, and the neurobiology of development.

Janine’s latest endeavor, Body and Brain Parenting, brings this critical information directly to caregivers—bridging the gap between clinical understanding and everyday parenting. As a mother of two teenagers, she draws daily insight from her personal parenting journey, which continues to deepen her perspective beyond the therapy room. Outside of her work, she finds grounding and joy in the outdoors whenever the opportunity arises.
