About HARC
HARC, a committee of the IDA-Georgia Board, stands for Helping All Reading Communities. HARC’s mission is to enable access to proficient literacy instruction for struggling readers and young children at risk for reading difficulties in Georgia.

HARC Grants
The purpose of the HARC Grant is to provide funding to non-profit organizations using structured literacy interventions to help struggling readers and young children at risk for reading difficulties in Georgia.
