How Technology Can Help ALL Learners

October 1 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Our presenters Joyce Derr and Debbie Brineman have each supported students for over 30 years. Joyce is a certified speech-language therapist and Debbie has occupational instruction certification. Both educators are assistive technology professionals with national credentialing through RESNA.  They will share with the audience their extensive knowledge of the latest tools, apps, and devices to support learners.

Attendees are invited to stay after the presentation to enjoy refreshments and the opportunity to speak with the presenters and representatives from the International Dyslexia Association Georgia, Decoding Dyslexia Georgia, North Fulton KID, and Mill Springs Academy.

Outreach events such as this provide opportunities for individuals to connect in person with parents, educators, and others interested in learning and engaging in discussions about dyslexia and related topics.
