Dr. Kelly J. Williams* is recruiting school/district partners for a grant that she should be receiving from the U.S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences (IES). To finalize funding, IES requires that she obtain letters of agreement from schools/districts that are potentially interested in participating in this study. These letters are not official agreements to participate in the study, but they do indicate a school’s/district’s interest and willingness to consider participation in the study if funded.
