The Keys to Research-Aligned Reading Instruction: A Session for Families hosted by TNIDA
July 29 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Georgia Families – The Tennessee Branch of the International Dyslexia Association is hosting this session for families to learn more about the essentials of quality reading instruction, both from experts on the TNIDA team and from master Tennessee teachers. The speakers will discuss the value of structured, phonemic-based literacy curricula, and how they relate to dyslexia and to the needs of readers who find reading challenging, how they connect with fluency and reading comprehension, and the importance of grade-level work for all students. Attendees will also learn about the free resources available to Tennessee families through Tennessee’s Reading 360 initiative.
This live event begins at 8:00 EST / 7:00 CST. The session will be recorded.
